York Social for Younger People

Do you or a loved one have a diagnosis of Parkinson's, live in the York area, and you're under 66? If you would like to meet other younger people for a chat and drink, we'd love to meet you!

We can empathise and offer a listening ear or perhaps advice, or just be a connection if you need it. Being younger can bring issues up for you and your family that can feel overwhelming at times, and we have found having people who have faced similar, if not the same issues, invaluable to better manage the challenges of life with Parkinson's.

We meet on the third Tuesday of the month from 6pm to 8pm at BrewDog, 130-134 Micklegate, York YO1 6JX. Feel free to drop in on:

20 May

17 June

15 July

19 August

16 September

21 October

18 November

There's no need to book. Buy yourself a drink and chat with others who are living with Parkinson's.

If this is your first time attending, please contact Sam to confirm the arrangements: [email protected]
