Tai Chi (in person)

An in-person activity that takes place at St. Mary Abbots Centre in Kensington.

Tai Chi is shown to be beneficial for people with Parkinson’s. It supports balance, muscle retention, physical and psychological wellbeing, as well as social engagement.

In addition, there will be tea and biscuits afterwards as well as an opportunity to chat with other people with Parkinson’s.

There is a £5 donation for this activity.
