Table Tennis - Sunderland

Neil Wilkinson, a Level 2 table tennis coach and recently retired Physiotherapist has offered to coach members and others with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. This is an exercise which has had considerable success on helping PWP’s and others with neurological problems to improve their wellbeing and maintain mobility, balance and coordination.  In the north east there are several successful table tennis groups including some players who compete internationally.
