Sing For Better Health (The Hop 50+)
Improve your health and wellbeing using a combination of specific relaxation, posture, and breathing exercises, and having fun singing songs together. You don’t have to be able to sing to join us! Singing profoundly benefits health and wellbeing. Sessions run every first and second Thursday of the month.
