Sing For Better Health (Online)

Improve your health and wellbeing using a combination of specific relaxation, posture, and breathing exercises, and having fun singing songs together. You don’t have to be able to sing to join us! Singing profoundly benefits health and wellbeing.

All our groups now run via Zoom. Please get in touch [email protected] for the Zoom details.

Sing For Better Health Groups schedule (all on Zoom):

  • Tuesdays: 1 to 2pm
  • Thursdays: 10.30 to 11.30am
  • Fridays: 11.30 to 12.30
  • Saturdays: 12.30 to 1.30
