Improve your health and wellbeing using a combination of specific relaxation, posture, and breathing exercises, and having fun singing songs together. You don’t have to be able to sing to join us! Singing profoundly benefits health and wellbeing.

Sing For Better Health Groups schedule (all on Zoom):
- Tuesdays: 1 to 2pm
- Thursdays: 10.30 to 11.30am
- Fridays: 11.30 to 12.30
- Saturdays: 12.30 to 1.30
