Halifax and Huddersfield social for younger people with Parkinson's. Come and say hello, we'd love to see you!
We are a small group of younger people affected by Parkinson's and we are arranging these meetings on a monthly basis (alternating between a Tuesday and a Wednesday) to give people of working age (under age 67) an opportunity to get together to chat, share experiences and talk everything Parkinson's (or not!).
The aim of the meet up is to provide an informal space for friendly chat and moral support. All younger people with Parkinson's are welcome, along with partners or family or friends, if you don't wish to come alone.
There is no need to book, just turn up and we will be in the hotel lobby, just as you come through the hotel entrance. There is plenty of parking at the venue and the hotel has agreed to waive parking fees for those attending our meeting, so please don't make any payment and bring details of your registration number for inputting into the system by hotel staff.
