Chairobics - seated exercise for fun

You are welcome to join us for our seated Chairobics exercise group with Jo. We meet at Chilsworthy Village Hall, between Holsworthy and Bradworthy and have fun as well as getting active. Sessions cost £4 and include refreshments.
