Birmingham South Tai Chi

Always led by Lynette, the session is suited to all comers from beginners to more experienced Tai Chi and Qi Gong are gentle exercises proven to be beneficial for health and wellbeing. They combine deep breathing relaxation techniques with slow graceful movements. Qi Gong literally translates as 'breath exercise' and is ideal for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation. The exercises focus on balance, coordination and are very good for stress relief.

The session lasts an hour and  comprises of a warm up, some QI Gong exercises, then some Fragrant Buddha seated exercises. So you can sit or stand during some or all of the session, whatever suits you and makes you feel comfortable.
