Weekly every Wednesday from 14:30 - 16:00

If your symptoms are progressing, focus on exercise that takes effort and pushes you, such as golf, bowling, (paired) dance, health walks and swimming.

We organise approximately 30 classes per year.  Dance is well known to be both beneficial and enjoyable for people with Parkinson's and provides useful exercise.
