MotoMed accessible exercise-bike sessions for people with limited mobility due to a medical condition.

20 minute sessions are bookable Monday – Sunday, 8.30am – 10pm.

To access the MotoMed, you need to consult your GP for referral to the Active Health Exercise Referral Scheme. Participants must be accompanied by a carer at all times for these sessions.

Please be aware that the Active Health Referral Scheme is only available for patients who live in the Stockton On Tees area.

If a patient wants to attend who lives outside of this area they would have to take out a membership to access the above. However they must get permission from their specialist before they attend.
