If your symptoms are mild, vigorous exercise is best. Think of exercises that work your whole body with large actions, such as gym sessions, circuit training or boot camp classes.
Gentle and fun exercise either seated or standing, depending on ability, with some dance. You are welcome to stay on for our group meeting afterwards 2pm- 4 pm.
