If your symptoms are mild, vigorous exercise is best. Think of exercises that work your whole body with large actions, such as running, cycling or tennis.
Each class is physiotherapist led. New attendees need an individual physiotherapy review first, this costs £50 and ensures that participants are exercising safely, understand the principles of the exercise and are in the most appropriate class.
