If your symptoms are mild, vigorous exercise is best. Think of exercises that work your whole body with large actions, such as running, cycling or tennis.
An exercise class that will promote stability, strength and stamina.
There are now two sessions of boxing.
Regulars should arrive at about 9:30, ready to start boxing at 10:00.
New recruits should arrive at about 10:45, ready to start boxing at 11:15.
