Weekly every Friday from 10:15 - 12:15

If your symptoms are progressing, focus on exercise that takes effort and pushes you. And target your symptoms. Things like yoga, tai chi, Pilates and dance will help with movement, balance, strength and flexibility.

The exercises help with balance, co-ordination and movement and many can be done sitting down. People with Parkinson's, their carers and families are welcome. There is also an opportunity to have tea or coffee and a snack and get to know everyone.
