Edinburgh Art Group

Art Group sessions are led by Lindsay McDermid, a Branch member and qualified artist and illustrator.
Lindsay usually sets a topic for the day but participants can do their own thing if they prefer. These sessions provide an opportunity for people to share their artistic experience and support each other’s creativity. Beginners are more than welcome, and whilst we ask you to bring your own materials, we can lend you some items during the session to get you started, so do sign up even if you are unsure of what materials to bring.

When: each Thursday from 1.30pm – 3.30pm at Botanic Cottage, in the Edinburgh Botanic Gardens.
Where: Botanic Cottage, Royal Botanic Gardens, John Hope Gateway, Arboretum Place, Edinburgh, EH3 5NZ

Due to the restrictions on numbers that the venue have in place, we have set up two groups, and they will alternate each week. Please visit our Branch website for more details.
