If your symptoms are progressing, focus on exercise that takes effort and pushes you, such as golf, bowling, (paired) dance, health walks and swimming.
If anyone is interested in playing golf or just going to the golf range for some practice, the local group are able to arrange this. There are no set times or days but we will fit in a date suitable for all. If interested, please contact the group.
