If your symptoms are mild, vigorous exercise is best. Think of exercises that work your whole body with large actions, such as gym sessions, circuit training or boot camp classes.
This class includes and element of personal training as the classes are tailored to individuals and adapted for those less mobile. By attending the class, it also allows you access to the local gym so has many benefits!
A donation of £3.50 per session is requested to join in.
