If your symptoms are mild, vigorous exercise is best. Think of exercises that work your whole body with large actions, such as gym sessions, circuit training or boot camp classes.
These classes have an element of personal training as they are tailored to individuals and adapted for those less mobile. By attending, it also allows you access to the local gym which is a great bonus!
A donation of £3.50 per session is requested..
