Yoga Class (Droitwich)

Come along to our yoga classes, run by expert healthcare professionals with extensive experience working with people with Parkinson's!

Our venue is at The Music Box at Sunnyhill, Sunnyhill House, Stoke Road, Wychbold, Droitwich, WR9 0BT and the classes run from 12pm-1pm every Tuesday.

All participants need to bring:

• a yoga mat 
• a pillow to support your head during floor work
• water for hydration

The first session is a taster session and is free.  The classes run in blocks of 10 and cost £10 per class after the first session.  If a second person joins the person living with Parkinson's (for example, a partner or carer), the cost is reduced.
