Our weekly Yoga for Parkinson’s sessions take place every Tuesday from 10:45 to 11:45, focusing on gentle movement, stretching, and mindful breathing to help improve balance, mobility, and stress management.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bringing a bottle of water.
As spaces are limited, booking is required; please get in touch to reserve your place or to discuss any specific accessibility needs you may have ahead of your first session.
Cost is £7 per session payable to instructor.
