Winsford Exercise Class

Exercise classes run by a fully trained instructor and specialist in seated exercises, with music, for Parkinson's. Classes are open to people affected by Parkinson's. Classes start at 11am. Please arrive 10 minutes before start time. There is a cost of £5 per class on a pay as you come basis.
