We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers.

The group meeting starts with 30 minutes of Pilates exercises.

4 June: Book Folding, Denise Cornes
Turn books into art using book folding techniques. Please bring with you an old paperback and go away with a work of art

2 July: Vanessa Nuttall, Life in Ambridge
Vanessa is a freelance sound engineer creating real-time sound effects for The Archers, part of a three-person technical team which involve making sound effects using “Yoghurt and Rubber Gloves”.

August: No meeting

3 September: Afternoon Tea at the rugby club
This will be coordinated through the summer break. We’ll need to know whether you will be coming by the middle of August. More information will follow.

October: NHS Community Dietary Team 
Lizzy and Elysha from the NHS Community Dietary Team will be coming along to our meeting. More detail will follow.

1 November: Ma Baker, The Bread Maker is our guest speaker for November

5 December: Annual Christmas Lunch
Venue to be agreed along with menu and cost per head.
