West Lothian Exercise class

An exercise class for people affected by Parkinson's. These are suitable for all abilities and take place on Fridays, between 3 and 4pm, at Uphall Community Centre.

Our exercise class improves strength, balance, and coordination, ending with Tai Chi and relaxation.

Physical activity has a positive impact both physically and mentally.
Being active is important for everyone and if you have Parkinson’s, it can help manage your symptoms.
The more physically active you are, the easier it is to live well with Parkinson’s.
