Welwyn and Hatfield Group Meeting

We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. We also organise regular events and social activities. Join us - and meet other people affected by Parkinson's in your area.

Seated exercises will be on April 4 and 18, May 16 and 30, June 6, July 11 and 25, August 8 and 22, Sept 5 and 19. These sessions are specially created for people with Parkinson's and are all done seated.
