Watford ABC Parky Punchers (Parkinson's Non-Contact Boxing)

Boxing serves as an engaging and effective form of exercise for people with Parkinson's. It improves balance, coordination, strength, and mobility. Regular physical activity through boxing also boosts mental wellbeing and can help slow the progression of symptoms.

  • Suitable for all abilities, ages and genders.
  • Parking is available on site.
  • Sessions take place at Watford ABC Boxing, which is behind the Watford Leisure Centre Woodside, at the top of the car park.
