Walking Tennis at NCLTC
Walking Tennis is a fun, low-impact version of tennis designed for all abilities.
There’s no running or jumping just great rallies, gentle movement, and plenty of laughs.
It’s perfect for staying active, improving balance, and enjoying the social side of sport.
