Walk for Wellbeing - Wirral Parkinson's Branch
Our walks are a sociable and fun way to keep moving and improve your fitness. We walk on either Wednesdays or Fridays and change the location each time, so that the walks never become repetitive! We'll usually have a coffee or drink together following the walk.
Please get in touch to find out the next date and location. We meet at the starting point for the walk and start times can vary.
