Walk and Talk - Lake Meadows Park

We meet (weather permitting) near the main entrance of Lake Meadows Park for a walk. 

Join us for a stride or a stroll round this local park. Suitable for all levels but weather dependent, we have a chat afterwards over coffee/tea if the cafe is open.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear. We would recommend bringing a bottle of water.
