Therapeutic sessions - Duxford

Each Wednesday afternoon from 11th September until 23rd October at 2pm there will be tasters of relaxation and motivational therapeutic activities.  No previous experience is needed. £30 for all 7 sessions (including lunch cost) for people living with Parkinson's. £20 for all 7 sessions for the family supporter/carer.   Or £5 each session if the person does not want to attend them all.

• Week one - Buffet Lunch to introduce participants to the instructors/therapists.
• Week two  - vocal and voice therapy      Carer's support session
• Week three - Mindfulness, Yoga and Tai-chi
• Week 4  - Mindfulness, Art Therapy and Tai-Chi
• Week 5 - Art Therapy and Mindfulness
• Week 6  - Mindfulness and Yoga
• Week 7  - Uplifting Music/Dance Session
