Term Time Parkinson's Exercise Classes

Parkinson’s exercise classes led by a Neuro Physiotherapist. We run two classes in the afternoon, in term time only.

The first class is free then £6 per session thereafter (paid in advance by term).

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
