Tamworth Movers and Shakers

Social meeting and refreshments with one hour of exercise (mostly seated) followed by a group speech and language therapy session involving breathing and throat exercises. Occasionally we have a visiting Tai Chi tutor. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

The cost is £3 per session.

Carers must accompany anyone who will require additional support to take part in the session.
