Tai Chi for Parkinson's
Tai Chi for Parkinson's involves gentle exercises to calm the mind, reduce stiffness and fatigue. It improves mobility and breathing. It can be done seated or standing, accessible to all abilities.
Takes place on Wednesdays at 1pm and 2.15pm each week* at the Uxbridge Centre. *Please note that there are no classes on the last Wednesday of the month.
Free for people with Parkinson's, £5 for carers.
Free parking available and close to bus routes.
