Tai Chi - Harrogate

Tai Chi class traditional non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Suitable for all ability levels! 

With regular practice, Tai Chi can improve your posture, balance, energy levels and coordination. Please wear clothes and shoes you are comfortable moving about in.
