Tai Chi, Dudley (Cramlington)

Gentle tai chi which can help with balance and flexibility.

Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient form of Chinese exercise characterized by slow, graceful movements that help improve circulation, balance, and posture.

Relaxation of the main muscle groups and joints helps open the body to the healing and repairing energies which the Chinese call ‘chi’. Deep, diaphragmatic breathing helps to calm the mind and relieve depression and anxiety.

No experience needed. Open to all but people with Parkinson's can be sure of a warm welcome.
