Tai Chi Classes London

This Tai Chi class is taught in our sports hall by Penny Smith from Learning Moves. Penny, MSC, is a highly experienced Exercise for Parkinson’s and Functional Aging specialist. Tai Chi has long-term beneficial effects on People with Parkinson’s and positively effects both motor and non-motor symptoms, especially gait, balance, and cognition. It is a specific class for people living with Parkinson’s and will consider your individual abilities and needs. The exercises are standing and sitting is an option. The gym has step free access to changing rooms. Carers are welcome. After the class we meet for a coffee and chat in a nearby café.
