Tai Chi Bromley

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese wellness practice which combines slow, gentle movements with deep breathing and relaxation. It is led by an instructor.

Concentrating on smooth, flowing movement, along with breathing, Tai Chi helps people with Parkinson’s relax their body.

It reduces stress and can also help manage pain, boost your immunity, and improve your general health over time.

Research has shown that people with Parkinson’s who practised Tai Chi for 6 months could walk better, had better posture and had fewer falls than those not who did not practise Tai Chi.

Cost is £7 per person. Please contact the Branch before attending this activity.
