Tai Chi

Led By Richard Fletcher and commissioned by the Bailiwick Social Prescribing.

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing form of exercise that can be especially beneficial for people with Parkinson’s.

The slow, controlled movements help improve balance, coordination, posture, and flexibility, while also strengthening the body, without having to engage in rigorous activities.

Practising Tai Chi can also reduce stress, increase confidence in movement, and support better stability when walking.

It’s a calm, mindful activity that helps you move with greater control and ease. No experience needed, just relax, breathe, and enjoy the flow.

Any donation welcome on the day, but not compulsory to attend.
