Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese wellness practice which combines slow, gentle movements with deep breathing and relaxation.
Tai Chi helps people to relax and improves coordination and balance. It helps to reduce stress and can also improve general health and wellbeing over time.
- Each session costs £7 on a pay-as-you-go basis.
- Parking is free in the gym car park.
