Tai Chi

People living with Parkinson’s from across London are invited to attend a regular Tai Chi class which is helping more people to get active in a fun and social way.

The classes are held at Charing Cross Sports Club, Aspenlea Road, London, W6 8LH by Hanna Luna, an experienced Tai Chi instructor, who can accommodate all ages and levels of mobility, while also helping to challenge body and mind.

Tai Chi has been shown to have many benefits for people living with Parkinson’s, including better mindfulness, coordination, balance and wellbeing, among many others. Tai Chi is also shown to have a positive effect on motor and non-motor symptoms, especially gait.

Sessions cost £5 per person.
