Tai Chi

This activity can help to ease some of the key problems associated with Parkinson's. 

Balance and motor control can be improved, resulting in fewer falls and slows the rate of decline. 

Movements are adapted so they can be done standing or sitting. 

Tai Chi is well known as a wonderful therapeutic and holistic practice.
