Tai Chi
This Chi Gong Tai Chi class is open to all levels and abilities.
The Instructor conducts the class and can either be conducted Standing or sitting or a combination of both.
It aims to improve mobility and balance. It is advised to wear flat shoes and loose clothing to enable travelling and movement.
This Tai Chi class is a slow-moving sequence of exercises for the whole body Thus gaining confidence in all aspects of life.
Classes cost £5 per session pay as you go
