It relaxes the body, reduces stress and can also help manage pain, boost your immunity, and improve your general health over time.
Join the Aberystwyth group for a monthly session along with a cuppa and chat.
This session is for people living with Parkinson's and their carers are welcome to join too.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
