Tai Chi
A weekly class for Tai Chi with a qualified Tai Chi instructor.
This is a small and friendly group which has been running for many years and would welcome new members.
Classes involve predominantly standing, however we do some seated movements at the end of the session and some participants do the entire class seated.
Benefits of the class include mental, physical and emotional balance, stability, core strength, and flexibility and focus, among other things.
Held at a hall in Christchurch which has ample parking and ramp, and close to a bus route.
The class lasts for 1.5 hours with a break for refreshments.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and flat-soled shoes or trainers. Bring water.
Teas, coffees and biscuits provided for 35p donation.
Cost £6 for those with Parkinson's and £4 for carers.
