Table Tennis Therapy

Table Tennis for those with Parkinson's or early stage dementia. 

All abilities are welcome. There is a qualified coach available to assist all from complete beginners upwards.

Light refreshments provided. 

The sessions are free to attend and there is no pre booking needed. Just turn up.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
