Table Tennis for People with Parkinson's

Suitable for all levels - from total beginner upwards.

Coaching the sport, and participating in associated game play. Focusing on mobility, balance, cardiovascular and in particular cognitive enhancement.

 Partners/carers are welcome. They can also participate but only when we are below capacity.

Dark clothing (not white) is preferable.  Refreshments such as water bottles are suggested and non-slip shoes are essential.  Bats are provided. The group's participants are given access to their 'Spond' page where every Wednesday afternoon they are given the opportunity to accept or decline and invitation to Saturday's session.  The coach can then work on planning the sessions. 

There are five tables available.  There is no booking fee.
