Table Tennis

It's widely recognised that Table Tennis is good for people with Parkinson's. It helps with mobility, improves the ability to think quickly and speeds up reaction time.

In conjunction with MESC Table Tennis Club, we hold sessions at their Club HQ. There is always a qualified Table Tennis England
Coach in attendance and people of any age and ability are welcome. Absolute beginners to experienced players.

Partners and carers are also welcome to make the sessions a social and not just a sporting event. All equipment is provided, all we ask is that you arrive with soft soled footwear so as not to damage the specialist flooring.

We also have links with the International Parkinson's Table Tennis organisation, PingPongParkinsons, who organise world wide
events, for the more ambitious participants.

£3 per session, including tea, coffee and biscuits.

Sessions take place on the first and third Friday of the month, as well as the fifth Friday when there is one.
