Strength Balance and Weight Training Sessions
Boost your strength and live well with Parkinson’s at these new local sessions. Led by experienced personal trainers from Mean, Clean & Lean (MCL), this programme combines physical movement with wellbeing practices in a fun, friendly environment. Whether you want to improve your balance or just enjoy a coffee and a chat, everyone is welcome!
When: Fridays, 12 noon to 1pm (Launching January 9, 2026)
Where: Every Bodies Gym, 1 Smithy Fold, Glossop, SK13 8DD
Cost: £6 per session
Who: All ages and abilities; no experience necessary
Benefits: Improved coordination, reduced risk of falls, better sleep, and increased energy
