Strength and Balance Classes (Aldridge)

Our Strength and Balance sessions are a seated activity to improve your strength, balance, coordination and cognitive function tailored for adults with Parkinson's, Dementia and other long term health conditions who wish to live more independently and healthier in later life.

Carers are welcome to support and join in for free.

No booking required, just turn up 15 minutes before the session starts the first time you attend so that the instructor can help you complete a health questionnaire prior to the class starting.

Please come in comfortable clothing that allows movement and supportive shoes.

Wheelchair users welcome!

£5 per session or £17/month (first session free) and carers join in for free.
