Strength and Balance Classes

Circuit exercise class which contains evidence based strength and balance exercises for falls prevention. All exercises can be regressed or progressed so suitable for most abilities. Chairs provided for those who require extra support or rest.

Wear clothes that you are comfortable exercising in and some stable shoes (preferably trainers or plimsolls but don’t worry if you don’t have any). Welcome to bring a water bottle, but water is also available at venue.

Welcome to stay for coffee/tea/biscuits after class.
