Strength and Balance
Michelle Lewis is qualified in falls prevention to reduce the risk of injury as well as a fitness instructor/personal trainer.
The session is 45 minutes of gentle strength and balance exercise (with the option to stand for some exercises). The sessions are designed for all abilities and focuses on strength, balance and mobility. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and non- slip shoes. A water bottle is recommended.
Partners/Carers are most welcome to join and are encouraged, so they too can work out with you in your home.

The venue does have plenty of parking on site and the session is held on the ground floor, where there are also toilet facilities.
