Strength and Balance

A strength and balance class is a specialised exercise program designed to help participants, often older adults, improve their muscle strength, coordination, and stability to maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls. These classes feature a mix of standing and seated exercises led by qualified instructors in a safe and supportive environment.
